Simple to start. Simple to use.
No new software and nothing for your customers to learn. Here's what getting started looks like.
Getting set up
I do the setup. You tell me about your business.
A quick chat
We talk about your business: what you do, where you work, the questions customers ask, and how you like to talk to them.
I set it up for you
Your replies are shaped around your services, service area and tone. If you don't have a website form, I'll make you one.
We test it together
We run a few made-up enquiries through it and tweak the replies until they sound like you.
It goes live
Real enquiries start coming through with a reply ready to go. Tell me any time you want something changed.
Day to day
The only new thing in your day is a reply waiting in your inbox.
Enquiry comes in
Through your website form, at any hour.
Reply is written
Usually within a minute, with their details attached.
You check it
On your phone or computer, in the email you already use.
You send it
Hit Reply or tap the button. Done.
If something goes wrong
It's built so you never lose a lead, even on a bad day.
- Every enquiry is saved before a reply is written, so nothing is lost.
- If writing a reply fails, it tries again automatically.
- If it still can't, you get the customer's enquiry anyway, just without a draft.
- I get an alert too, so I can fix it.
You stay in charge
The rules every reply follows.
- Nothing goes to your customer unless you send it.
- I don't get access to your email account or inbox.
- Replies never quote prices or promise arrival times.
- Every enquiry is saved first, so if something breaks you still get it.
Want to see it with your own business?
A demo takes a couple of minutes. I'll show you a reply written for your kind of customer.
